You may feel nervous about coming to speak to someone you have never met before about your problems. This is a natural reaction, and I work to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space in which you feel comfortable talking about problems and issues at your own pace. I believe in identifying and building on people’s own resources while allowing them to creatively look at their problems in order to overcome them. My ultimate goal for you is to gain confidence and develop new, effective methods for coping. I specialize in dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress and addictions, and have been successful in helping couples improve their relationships through marriage counseling and psychotherapy. I respect gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, religion, and other individual differences.
